SHIPPING

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We also offer free shipping to any destination (see terms and conditions).

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you place the order:

  • Spain: 48/72 business hours.
  • Rest of Europe: 5/10 business days.
  • United Kingdom: 5/10 working days.
  • USA and Canada: 7/10 business days
  • Central and South America: 7/12 business days.
  • Australia and Asia: 7/12 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 7/10 business days.
Which carriers do you use?

We work with major shipping companies and local courier partners. During the checkout process, you will be asked to choose a shipping method.

Where is my order?

Each time we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and its corresponding link.

Please check it to verify the shipment status.

Can I return my product?

We strive to ensure our customers are delighted with our products, but if you need to return an order, we'll be happy to help.

How can I choose the right size?

On each product page you will find a size chart.

If this is your first order, we recommend measuring your clothes and checking that the size chosen is as close as possible.

This will ensure you get a perfect fit.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

We strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards.

Since we sell thousands of units every day, it can be difficult to detect all defective items.

But don't worry: if you receive a damaged product, please contact us at swdensacontact@gmail.com explaining the situation. Don't forget to attach photos of the defect and include your order number.

ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept?
ChatGPT Plus

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and several other local payment methods.

Is it possible to use more than one discount code on the same order?

Unfortunately, that's not possible. Due to Shopify's discount system, only one discount code can be applied to each order.

If you're lucky enough to own one, grab it while you can! We don't offer discounts, except during Black Friday.

Can I cancel an order?

When you place an order, our warehouse receives a notification and immediately begins the preparation process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations due to the high volume of orders.

If you made a purchase by mistake, please visit our returns and exchanges page and follow the instructions provided.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?

Each time you place an order, our system automatically sends a confirmation email.

Make sure to check your inbox, including spam or promotions folders.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is our returns and refunds policy?

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Products purchased from COLD CULTURE must be returned in perfect, unused condition: without damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. They must also be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and any included components.


  • Period for changes: 30 days from receipt of the product.

  • Return period: 15 days from receipt of the order.

Purchases made online can be returned online or at any of our physical stores (except El Corte Inglés). Purchases made in a physical store can only be returned to the store where they were made.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

SPAIN

For exchanges and returns in Spain, please visit the Returns and Exchanges Portal .


  • Return shipping cost to the Iberian Peninsula: €6.90

  • Exchange cost to the Iberian Peninsula: €4.95

  • Exchanges and returns in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €8.90

You can exchange an item that has already been exchanged, but returns of items that have already been exchanged will not be accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION

We offer exchanges and returns within the EU.

To start the process, access the Returns and Exchanges Portal .


  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • No returns are accepted for items that have been previously exchanged.

  • Return shipping cost: €12

  • Exchange fee: €7

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • No returns are accepted for items that have been previously exchanged.

  • Cost of returns and exchanges: between €15 and €22, depending on the region.

The package must be dropped off at a FedEx office, or you can request a free home pickup. The maximum time allowed for dropping off the item is 15 days.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used, within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse. During collection launches, holiday campaigns, Black Friday, or other peak seasons, return times may vary slightly.
